  No roadway between the store and the parking rows, I will die on this hill. You should be able to walk to the store without ever intersecting with vehicle travel once parked.

    +1! Also from a efficiency perspective this keeps the storefront at max throughput

      Yes, absolutely. Creates a traffic calming effect as well.
